About us
A passion for elegant hospitality
Founded by Sophie Jouini, St Martin St Barth Collection was born from a passion for elegant hospitality, authentic travel experiences and Caribbean living.
Before settling in the French West Indies, Sophie and her husband created and managed Les Prés de Joussac, a charming French estate renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and refined hospitality. After the property was sold in 2020, a new adventure naturally emerged under the Caribbean sun.
Today, Sophie curates unique stays in Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, combining tropical elegance, comfort and personalized service. More than vacation rentals, each property is designed as an invitation to slow down, reconnect and experience the beauty of the Caribbean islands in a truly authentic way.
