Welcome to Orient Bay, in a 48 m² studio set within the Mont Vernon residence, steps from the beach and with a beautiful outlook over Orient Bay.

Designed for two to four guests, the apartment provides a pleasant and functional base from which to enjoy Saint-Martin. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with sofa bed, television, air conditioning, a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a safe, a large shower room and a washing machine. Household linen is provided, including beach towels.

The private terrace naturally extends the living space. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and facing the sea, it invites you to slow down: breakfast in the sun, a quiet read in your lounger or an evening drink watching the last colours of the day.

The location is ideal for alternating between beach, relaxation and exploration. Orient Bay beach, its restaurants, boutiques and water sports are all within walking distance. A convenience store is also nearby for everyday shopping.

From Mont Vernon, head out to discover the island at your leisure: markets, villages, secluded coves and the finest beaches of Saint-Martin are all within easy reach. Grand-Case and its renowned tables — from lolos to fine-dining restaurants — are just 15 minutes away.
