Everything you need to know before booking an Orient Bay studio or an overnight stay aboard the Zéphyr catamaran.
What is the minimum length of stay?
The Orient Bay studios require a minimum stay of 7 nights. An overnight aboard the Zéphyr catamaran, in Saint-Barthélemy or in Grand-Case bay, is booked as a 2-day / 1-night package.
What is the capacity of the properties?
The Orient Bay studios accommodate up to 2 guests. The Zéphyr catamaran accommodates 2 to 4 guests for an overnight stay at anchor, in Saint-Barthélemy or in Grand-Case.
What are the rates for the Orient Bay studios?
The standard rate starts at €94 a night in low season (July–September) and reaches €175 a night in high season (November–February); the flexible rate is roughly 25% higher.
Is there a discount for long stays?
Yes: -10% from 14 nights, -12% from 21 nights and -15% from 28 nights, on the standard rate for the Orient Bay studios.
What additional fees apply to the studios?
A mandatory cleaning fee of €167 applies. A local tourist tax of 4% of the rental amount is added to the price of the stay.
How does payment work?
For a booking made more than one month before arrival, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due one month before arrival. Within one month of arrival, the full price is due at booking. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than sixty days before arrival, the deposit is refunded net of administrative costs; from sixty to thirty-one days before arrival, the deposit is retained; within thirty days, the full price is due. In the event of an exceptional circumstance (hurricane, airport closure), cancellation is free and fully refundable.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. For the Orient Bay studios, the security deposit is €537. It is required before check-in and refunded within a maximum of fifteen days after departure, less any damage.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are admitted only where the property listing expressly provides for it.
Is linen provided?
Yes, bed and bath linen is included at the Orient Bay studios.

Where are the Orient Bay studios located?
Within the Mont Vernon residence, on the edge of Orient Bay in Saint-Martin, with direct or short walking access to the beach, plus a convenience store and a takeaway pizzeria at the foot of the residence.
What is included in an overnight stay aboard the Zéphyr catamaran?
Boarding, sunset drinks, a gourmet dinner prepared on board, the night at anchor, breakfast at sea, plus soft drinks, fuel, insurance and local taxes. In Saint-Barthélemy, snorkelling gear and paddleboards are also included.
How does an overnight stay at anchor in Saint-Barthélemy work?
Boarding at the Gustavia pontoon at 5pm, sailing to Île Fourchue, sunset drinks, dinner on board, the night at anchor in Colombier, breakfast at sea, and return to the Gustavia pontoon at 11am the next day.
How does an overnight stay at anchor in Grand-Case work?
Boarding at the Grand-Case pontoon at 5pm, sunset drinks, dinner prepared on board with local produce, the night at anchor in the bay facing the village lights, breakfast at sea, and return to the pontoon at 11am the next day.
Is personal data protected (GDPR)?
Yes. The stay request form is protected by hCaptcha and the data collected is processed in accordance with GDPR, with a limited retention period, in particular around 12 months for hosting logs.
